Apache, could you please come up with a better system where YOU decide whether the mirror carries the file or had a successful download in the past day or so?

Mirror to Download Apache Ant
I had to go through a dozen mirrors in the Apache Ant download site and still couldn't download the ant binaries. All of them timed out on me. So, I googled for some other mirrors and I found tradebit mirror site and it worked.
