Google just added World Bank data to its public data tool. I just did a graph using that to compare the internet usage in India, Pakistan, China and Sri Lanka.
It clearly shows we are lagging behind Pakistan and way behind china and cannot compare with USA which is around 80%. So, I think this issue is an important one and the Indian Govt should do its part to fix this issue.
Thats sad.
ReplyDeleteMaybe if you include Turkey in the graph India might look better ;) But the good news is, Turkey has still potential for IT companies to tap into the IT industry :)
