20 minute Workout with Video

Here's a link to the video's of 20 minute workouts.
These workouts do not require any equipment. According to the site: "Do it 3 times per week, along with your 30 min daily walk, and you'll hit all 3 areas: strength, flexibility, and cardio". You can either view the video or download it.
